On paper, I look scattered, unfocused, maybe even unqualified. And I used to feel insecure about my unconventional path, my generalist skillset, my inability to stay put for long. I was really good at a lot of things – especially connecting with and empowering other people – but in an industry that prioritizes pedigree and flocks to algorithmic binaries, I felt like the odd person out.

Since becoming a mother in my 40s and growing the well-known advertising talent firm, No Single Individual, something shifted. I realized that our industry needs more messiness. More binary-busting. More people who challenge the status quo. All while treating others with empathy and respect. This was my superpower: compassionate reinvention. And it started with accepting myself.

Over the course of my career, I have directly managed over 50 people, contracted over 250 freelancers, worked with nearly 1,000 client contacts, and shared advice and guidance with many more. The people who stand out most to me  – and that I want to support – are those who ask the hard questions of themselves and the world around them. The ones who know that two things can be true. The ones who know that resumes and bios don’t tell the whole story.

If that’s you, I look forward to helping you on your journey.
